Compatibility

Dagonis^® can lead to leaf damage in greenhouse crops. The damage manifests itself as leaf necrosis or curling of the leaf edges and usually affects less than 10% of the leaf area. The probability of damage increases under conditions of low light incidence during the period from October 1 to March 1.

Enter later applications of Dagonis^® under increasing lighting conditions and test the Dagonis^® on small areas on the crop before making a full application.

Avoid overlapping spray applications.

NO use of Dagonis^® in the greenhouse on tomatoes and cucumbers (Cucurbitaceae) between 1 October and 1 March.

Miscibility

Dagonis^® is miscible with fungicides, e.g. Polyram WG, Forum and with insecticides. In tank mixtures, the areas of application and application regulations for the mixing partner determined and approved by the approval authority must be observed. ^®®

Mode of action

Dagonis^® is a new combination fungicide consisting of the active ingredients xemium (fluxapyroxad) and difenoconazole. By combining the two active ingredients, relevant fungal diseases in a variety of vegetable crops, strawberries and potatoes are detected safely and long-lastingly. The active ingredient Xemium from the class of carboxamides prevents spore germination and has an inhibiting effect on germination tube formation. Excellent properties in penetrating the cell walls and passing through wax layers and membranes ensure that the site of action of the fungus is reached quickly and safely. When used preventively, Xemium has a safe and long-lasting effect and the highest levels of efficiency are achieved. The active ingredient difenoconazole, from the triazole class of active ingredients, has both a preventive (protective) and an infestation-inhibiting (curative) effect, so that further spread of the fungal pathogens is prevented. ^®®®
